In these gift voucher terms and conditions, ‘the Photographer’ refers to Dave Broomfield, operating as ‘Dave Broomfield Photography,’ and ‘the Client’ refers to the person(s) booking the photography services. This document outlines the entire agreement between the parties, and any changes or modifications will only be valid if mutually agreed upon in writing.
Photography Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and sessions must be booked before the expiry date.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Session locations within 10 miles of the Photographer’s base are included; travel expenses may apply for locations beyond this distance.
- Sessions must be booked at a time and location mutually agreed upon by the Photographer and the Client.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- Additional digital or printed products may be purchased at your viewing session after the photoshoot. Please refer to our Products & Prices page for further details.
Cancellation of a session
- Gift vouchers will be forfeited if the Client fails to attend their scheduled appointment and any associated digital or physical product(s) shall also be forfeited.
- It’s the Client’s responsibility to arrive promptly at the agreed time for their session. If the Client arrives late, the session duration will be reduced accordingly. If the Client fails to arrive within 45 minutes of the scheduled appointment the Photographer will consider the session cancelled and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
- In the event of adverse weather forecast the Photographer may propose rescheduling of the session. In this event the voucher expiration will be extended accordingly.
- Cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled session will be considered if more than 48 hours notice is given at the discretion of the Photographer.
Package Gift Voucher Terms
- For vouchers that include additional digital or physical products, these can be ordered directly from your viewing session after your photoshoot.
- The product(s) included with a gift voucher are non-transferable. However, you may purchase additional digital or physical printed products at the time of redeeming the items associated with your voucher. For details, please refer to our Products & Prices page.
- Physical printed products are produced by a professional print lab. Product options and specifications may change over time. If a product associated with your voucher is no longer available, we will discuss alternatives with you and provide the closest available option. Expired Gift Vouchers
- It is the Client’s responsibility to book their session within good time. We strongly recommend contacting us to book your session at least 6 weeks before your gift voucher is due to expire, as we do get booked up well in advance at certain times in the year e.g. Christmas, Valentines Day etc.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and sessions must be booked in before the expiry date. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and will not be accepted after the expiry date.
